01Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

In this document, "Platform" refers to the website mylvking and all services provided under the domain mylvking.vip. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the platform's services. "We" or "Company" refers to the management of mylvking.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and mylvking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

Mylvking account registration is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list with any licensed gambling platform.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any existing balances.

03Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. mylvking shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Any activity that occurs through your account prior to a report being made to us is your responsibility. We will investigate all complaints seriously and take appropriate action to protect members' interests.

04Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Mylvking supports a wide range of payment methods including FPX bank transfers, major local banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), and popular e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the Deposit.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation.
• Mylvking does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours upon completion of KYC verification.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification to be completed beforehand.
• Mylvking reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any unusually large withdrawal.

05Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers launched by mylvking are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms also apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are valid for one account, one IP address, one device, and one payment method only.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Mylvking reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system.

06Game Rules

All games available at mylvking use Random Number Generator (RNG) — independently audited by international third-party organizations to ensure fairness and transparency in every game outcome. No party, including mylvking management, can manipulate the result of any game.

• Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) rate, which can be found in the respective game information.
• Completed game results are final and cannot be reversed unless there is verified evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, mylvking reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds are subject to specific game restrictions as outlined in the promotional terms.

For Live Casino games, all sessions are recorded. These recordings may be used to resolve any disputes that arise between members and the dealer.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mylvking platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or errors in the game software.
• Colluding with other players, whether in table games or multiplayer games.
• Money laundering or using this platform for any unlawful financial purpose.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Mylvking reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without notice, for reasonable causes including but not limited to breach of these terms, fraud, or suspected unlawful activity.

If your account is closed for reasons not attributable to your fault, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements will be voided and any bonus balance will be forfeited.

09Privacy & Data Protection
